GUILFORD OFFICE
- Take I-95 North to Exit 59 – Turn right off the exit onto Goose Lane
- Take right onto Route 1, Boston Post Rd.
- Continue until you reach 705 on the right-hand side.
- We’re located in the same complex as Planet Fitness. Drive all the way to the back of the complex and you’ll see a large medical building.
- Go in the front door and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor.
- Take a left down the hall and you’ll find Suite 5B on the right side.
- Take I-95 South to Exit 59 – Goose Lane
- Take right onto Goose Lane
- Take right onto Route 1, Boston Post Rd.
- Continue until you reach 705 on the right-hand side.

- Take Exit 43
- Turn left at the end of the ramp onto Park Rd.
- 639 Park Rd. is on the left before the South Main St. intersection
- Park behind the building
- Come in the main door and take the elevator to the 3rd floor
- There is a waiting room at the end of the hall, please wait there until your hypnotist comes to collect you.
- Take I 84 East
- Take Exit 43 which is a left hand exit
- Turn left at the end of the ramp onto Park Rd.
- 639 Park Rd. is on the left before the South Main St. intersection
